Let’s take your Statement of Need to the next level! This session is approximately 105 minutes.

Session objectives – by the end of the session, the participants will:

• Understand questions to ask, and common tactics to use, in figuring out pieces of evidence that can strengthen a problem or needs statement.
• Know the difference between primary and secondary sources, and understand common methods of citing sources—and when source citation in proposals may not be possible.
• Feel confident in their ability to make the case for why their organization’s work—or a particular project or initiative—is needed.
• Practice giving and receiving feedback.
