During this lesson, we are going to be focused on getting SMART. This session is approximately 80 minutes in length.

Lesson Objectives – by the end of the session, the participants will:

  • Understand the meaning of each element of SMART and be able to provide examples of each
  • Have improved their ability to write SMART goals and objectives
