Lesson 2 – Creating a Vision of Self-Sufficiency for Your Organization – Example 3

For this lesson, we will focus one of the first stages of developing a business strategic plan – Visioning. This lesson is approximately 120 minutes in length.

Lesson Objectives – by the end of the session, the participants will:

• Have improved their ability to concisely and accurately describe, verbally and in writing, key components of an effective vision statement
• Develop and articulate a compelling, results-driven vision statement that defines clear pathways for the organization’s financial independence and stability
• Build skills in providing, receiving, and implementing constructive feedback effectively from peers
