Lesson Objectives – by the end of the session, the participants will:
- Understand the basics of what a compelling Problem Statement or Statement of Need should include
- Understand the power of providing “the why” and historical/ “big picture” context when appropriate
- Understand the importance of data, from the demographics of those affected by the issue to numbers that help to concretely describe the problem or the extent of its impact
