Aidil is an experienced consultant who offers grant writing, legal support, policy advocacy, and community engagement and coalition-building services to organizations. She has helped raise millions of dollars for South Florida organizations.
Amy Hsieh, Coach
Among her many roles as an attorney and independent consultant, Amy has served as a lead grant writer and collaborative facilitator specializing in proposal development and donor relations. Her efforts secured her clients grants from private foundations, the federal government, and UN agencies.

Camille is a Natural Resource Management Specialist and independent consultant with over 30 years of experience in environmental research and non-profit management, both domestically and abroad. She has a strong grant writing and fundraising track record, having secured over $7.7 million for various organizations throughout her career.
Flanny Chiganze, Coach
Flanny is a grant-writing professional with extensive experience in gender and development, HIV and Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights Programming, and civil society governance through her work in various leadership and management roles. She recently retired (after 27 years of service) as COO of the SRHR Africa Trust (SAT) after helping secure $250 million in funding for SAT and to sub-grant over 340 CBOs and NGOs across 11 Southern African Development Community countries.
Heddy Nam, Coach
Heddy brings over 20 years of experience in grant writing for international, federal, state, and local agencies, nonprofits, and corporate foundations. This includes three years of grantmaking at the Open Society Foundations. A native of Seoul who grew up in New York, her experiences as an immigrant among other identities fueled a lifelong passion for social justice.

Kathryn is a nonprofit consultant dedicated to advancing community-led initiatives around the world. After launching a chapter of an international environmental nonprofit in 2012, she has served in various development and nonprofit leadership roles - raising over $3.5 million for grassroots organizations.

Sam has over 30 years of experience helping organizations win millions in private, county, state, and federal grants. Of his numerous grant successes, his recent work on a federal Substance Abuse & Mental Health Administration (SAMSHA) grant that required a two-year process of developing a community board and completing a community needs assessment, exemplifies his commitment to his clients and their work.
