Ensuring that your organization’s goals align with the interests of potential funders will infinitely increase your chances of receiving funding, help you have a more structured fundraising plan, and ultimately save your team time. It is time to find the best opportunities for your organization! This lesson will take approximately 75 minutes.

Lesson Objectives – by the end of the session, the participants will:

• Know how to generate a list of potential funding opportunities
• Know how to create a menu of work for which they would like to seek funding,  and how to cross-check it with funding opportunities in order to prioritize those opportunities
• Be able to create a strategic grants calendar, with time allocated to proposals according to “fit”
